Broken

I received my package and was so excited to open it. To my dismay the large crystal was chipped in 3 places. I took a picture and sent an email to the company telling them that the crystal was in this condition; that was about 10 days ago; I have not received a reply. The round sublimation crystal is intact and the acrylic bookmarks look okay. As this was my first order to this company, due to the lack of customer service, I am not in a hurry to order from them again. I would rather correspond with the company but since I have received no response to my concerns, and have been asked several times for a review, I am giving my review now.
