Instructions for Sublimation

1. Trim Your Transfer: Carefully cut around the edges of your sublimation transfer to minimize visible paper lines on the finished tote.

2. Prepare the Tote Bag: Use the heat press to pre-heat the tote bag for about five seconds, removing any moisture and smoothing out the fabric.

3. Protect the Inner Surface: Place a sheet of blowout paper, such as butcher paper or white cardstock, inside the tote bag to prevent ink from bleeding through. Optionally, add a pressing pillow beneath the blowout paper for extra support.

4. Secure Your Transfer: Position your sublimation transfer face-down on the tote bag and tape it securely along the edges using heat-resistant tape. Utilize a ruler for accurate placement if needed.

5. Layer the Setup: Arrange blowout paper on your pressing pad, set the tote bag on top, and cover it with another sheet of blowout paper before pressing.
